Troubleshooting
This pallet truck often has  problems, such as slow rise and slow decline, or simply can't rise. When it can't rise, people always think that it is broken? In fact, this is not a case. There is only air in the oil pump, which causes the hydraulic pressure to not rise or rise slowly! At this time, it is only need to vent the air to make the manual truck intact.

The method of venting air is simple:
Manual trucks usually have three gear positions

1. In the middle is the positioning gear, which does not rise or fall.

2. The up button is the neutral gear, that is, the lowered gear position and the pressure relief gear position.

3. The downward dial is the hanging gear, that is, the oil seal can be closed to allow the hydraulic pressure to rise.

We only need to push the gear up, and then press the handle a few times as usual. At this time, although the car body does not rise, it can effectively remove the air inside the pump. After about 10-20 times, the air can be drained.
